My heart breaks for the entire family. So many fond and special memories of Ms. Lydia. To this day, I will never forget her "attempting" to braid my hair for swimming lessons and both us of laughing for the way it turned out. She'd say, "I'm not supposed to know how to do this, I have boys"! She was a very special friend to my mama and I like to think mama was there waiting when she entered heaven. She was a special lady and now heaven had gained another special angel!

How I will miss this sweet, sweet, lady! Her smile was contagious. And a heart of gold. We had many laughs and talked about that glorious place called Heaven. I shall never forget you Ms Lydia and the honor I had to get to know you while you gave me the privilege of cleaning your home....you are now enjoying the labor of your love in your new home.! ❤️

Sweet memories. Lydia as a childhood friend; a lovely, lively, girl, with jump ropes, weejuns, pleated skirts, white collar blouses, a smile that melts you, generous, kind, and respectful of everyone. Lydia made a positive difference in this world! Mary Lucas Price Majors
